Must unite to empower themselves

     Humans, like all creatures on earth are weak creatures. The other living creatures gather together form a biological community. Man lives gathered together into a city, village, clan, family. The purpose of living together as to increase the power for each individual, together against enemies and natural disasters.

        In a human society is divided into several levels, types of people. Between a class in society, and between different types of people in society have antagonistic relationships with each other. Sometimes the interests of this group was the loss of the other group. Thus, ordinary people of the same class, the same qualifications and the same moral qualities to become closer. They do it just makes life comfortable myself, more fun. Just as there are more conditions to help each other, protect each other against certain groups.
       The power of the collective is always great. Whether it's a group of people weakest in society. A talented people have nowhere though. But only a single individual, they can not withstand a body of persons with inferior intelligence.
       Still know in life, people are more educated, knowledge, wisdom and moral than other people who are being respected. But in an agency or organization, if the majority of them are not good. Then that person has the status not because of superior quality but respected everyone. In itself every man always love myself the most. Therefore, a good person there became a factor differences. He or she only has two options, one is being eliminated, two are being assimilated. Since they are few in a crowd. In this era, the collective opinion, the opinion of the majority is always more important than a lot of reviews of individual persons. Whether there is proper matter. So, not weak ones in the new society gathered together to form the group to increase its strength. But the great ones, have higher levels of education should also know gathered together to increase their strength. Help each person always wins in the race of life.
