Need to change bad habits to good health

   Vietnam people almost always know better rice porridge. They are usually eaten cooked let sick people to health improvement. So why do not we eat porridge for dinner daily? Many people also have another interesting new elderberry eat?

        Then the consequences are up to 90% of Vietnam's population suffering from gastrointestinal diseases. Which causes mostly because of the ingestion. We have the habit of eating the coarse food. Things like chew chewy, crunchy, hard. So our dental system is adversely affected. Then the stomach was overworked. Intestinal system is overloaded. So inflammation born here, hurt there.
         It is time for Vietnam to change their eating habits. Let us soft foods and cooked. Let your digestive system a rest. Then they will become healthy. Get started today. Please replace the meal of porridge. Or replace meat scented water into Burgers! Be healthy and happy life for your longevity!
