As a business leader was chaotic

      In an agency or organization that chaos. , The company's business will not thrive. Because even now, is not a unified collective. People do not unite, work together to achieve the goals that the company is expecting. Work performance of employees is low. And that would be a disaster for the corporate culture.

       Cause there are many. The genius of the leaders in this case, is to find the main cause, the cause of that chaos. To make the most appropriate measures to end this situation.
