When talented people as inferior

       From ancient times to the present, the majority of employed workers who belong to the aristocracy in society. The employee is still considered the lower classes of society. Employed person has been synonymous with the order, employees are forced to comply. Over time, the wisdom of people employed will be doubled. Because they thinking much. Wisdom of the employees will be halved. Because they did not do much thinking, just follow the employer only. It was so. Persons employed in association with the image always intelligent, assertive, confident, full of bravery and mighty. And employees are obsequious, kowtowing, trembling, ignorant, cowardly and poverty.

       For some unaccountable reason that people hired very smart, bravery, self-confident, powerful and with the world around them. That is the highest development of an employee. Now their reputation also compete directly with an employer or superior. So not a good thing. That person is very vulnerable to the owner or his superiors rejected. Although he is not guilty of anything sexual, but just honest living. This is also the psychological "fear one day play sharp knife cuts" of the ancients.
        To not see what is bad in this case. Persons employed or subordinate to wholeheartedly serve the interests of employers or superiors. Treat everyone as superior according to human morals on reassuring. Having done so, things are good. Sometimes there are people superiors entrusted to more important work.
